Paying back some of the karmic debt I've accrued over the past 100 strips with some cameos... the lovely lady in the background of the first two panels would be Marie from Starcrossed. Go visit, it's a good comic full of adventure and (in Marie's case) sarcasm.
Assuming I can get my faux-artistic act together, there'll be a few more of these coming, so keep an eye out.
