When last we saw...

So yeah. For the next while I'll be posting some stuff on how the 'Lost in the Flood' storyline came about, and what I did with it, and what I wished I'd done better -- post-game commentary, if you will. But first, expository block! It wouldn't be properly self-indulgent without an expository block!
With luck I am in Canada right now (unless Sandy et me), but still taking questions and filler suggestions and so on. Even I can only drag out the post-game commentary for so long....
