Franz Castlen

A member of Kieselburg's upper class. Franz is part of Heinz-Castlen Advertising ('no matter what they want to watch, we'll make them watch our ad!') and dabbles in all manner of business, much of it shady. Despite being affiable in the extreme, he has the unusual talent of getting Quinn's back up within ten seconds of opening his mouth -- possibly because of his blissfully ignorant assumption that she, being of the correct class, will naturally think just like him.
