Serena Ellsworth

Fausto's employer and the owner of Casablanca Cabs. Serena was sergeant to the quartermaster in her army days, which according to her has given her a fine sense of business acumen, and according to everyone else has turned her into the most annoyingly and pointlessly tightfisted boss in existence. Given that she also has an impressive temper, this is not an opinion expressed to her face.
