XRanford: First off, thank you all for being here today. Serving on a jury is an important civic duty and one of the cornerstones of our justice system. It may seem inconvenient now, but if you're ever in the position of defendant I assure you you'll appreciate it. Now, the prosecution and defense will briefly lay out the details of the case. You'll then be asked a few questions to determine whether you will sit on the jury. This isn't a test and there aren't any wrong answers; just be honest. Any questions?
Jury Members: Look, I tried to tell the clerk, I have this medical condition -- my kids -- boss isn't happy -- can't believe we're only getting paid a hundred doles -- really need to be at the office right now --
Ranford: Important civic duty, people. Suck it up.
