Quinn: My kind? Why, Mr. Castlen. I didn't realize you were a public servant.
Franz: Ah, very funny! But I trust you're as pleased as I am by the result of your work.
Quinn: I... of course I'm pleased. It's just -- I wasn't expecting such a quick decision from that lot. I don't often misread a jury that badly.
Franz: Oh, that. I took care of the jury.
Quinn: You.. did what?
Franz: Well, those kind -- you never can trust them to hear the truth unless it talks in cash.
Quinn: You. Did. What?!
Franz: Oh, I'm sorry. Was it bad form not to tell you earlier?

If you've forgotten who Franz Castlen is.....
The Castlens and the Estevezs are two of Kieselburg's old-money families, which is what Franz is referring to in the first panel and what Quinn isn't.
About another week to wrap up the trial storyline, and then we'll get to visit in on some other characters. Other characters? Remember? We have those....
