As I am way behind on Spiderforest's Comic of the Week event (again) let's make this a triple-header:
First, there's School Spirit, a comic of growing up and ghosts. Yes, at the same time. It reminds me a bit of Footrot Flats, although possibly that's just the accents. And certainly that's not going to mean anything to any of you who haven't spent time in New Zealand. And definitely my Kiwi friends would kick my Yank ass if they knew I was comparing it to an Ozzie comic, so, ah...

New topic! Second, we have Precocious, another story of growing up. Only these kids are entirely too smart, entirely too unsupervised, and having entirely too much fun. Though actually that might apply to both comics. Hmm.

And finally, there is What Nonsense, a story that is quite distinctly not about children. Ostensibly it's about Pike, a workaholic whose boss forces him to take a vacation at a boardinghouse whose occupants can only be described as... varied. And bizarre. It's an interesting story and I'm very curious to see where it's headed.

... man, there's a lot of good comics in my collective. Have fun checking them out!
