Since it didn't show up as well as I'd hoped, I should make it clear that Quinn's 'glasses' are essentially a futuristic palm pilot: she's looking at a replay of the jurors' testimony on them as she talks. This particular bit of tech hasn't shown up before because it's exceptionally easy to steal. Even those who can afford them don't tend to cart them into Lowtown.
